We place strong emphasis on training both sea staff and shore-based staff involved in the operation of our vessels.

We conduct environmental training for all relevant personnel covering: bunker transfer procedures, oil/sludge management, waste management, ballast water management, pollution prevention, Hazmat training and emergency drills.

Priority is given to improving procedures, performance and abilities of employees who carry out tasks that can cause significant environmental impacts.
